I (Jeff) wanted to take a moment and say thank you. While not everyone could be part of all the things we did the last week, I wanted to thank everyone who could help with the Wyoming Peach Festival, National Night Out and Kids Stuff at the Capital City the Farmers’ Market. Not only did we serve the community, but we had a lot of meaningful contacts with people. Our desire as a church is to serve the community and tell people about Jesus. We were busy this week getting that done! So, THANKS!
Of course, I also appreciate all the people who feed the homeless, hungry and those in need thru the food ministry we do; and I appreciate all the volunteers who make things happen each week at Deep Water. So THANKS to you too!

Wyoming Peach Festival 2019
Don’t forget, the Wyoming Peach Festival this Saturday (August 3)
Since it’s literally right outside our front doors, it’s a great opportunity to meet people and invite them to join us on Sundays. And it’s a great opportunity to bring by a friend to check us out in a relaxed, informal way.
We have several peach themed carnival games for folks as they come by the building during the festival.
Want to help us? We need some help running the kids carnival games and others like Giant Connect Four, Giant Jenga and Spike Ball.

Kids Stuff at the Capital City the Farmer’s Market
Are you feeling nostalgic for downtown Dover where Deep Water started? Join us for the Capital City Farmer’s Market.
We’ve been asked to come do balloon animals (and have some info about Deep Water on hand) on Wednesday, August 7 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. And although we are currently in Wyoming, we love to serve kids and be part of things in downtown Dover!
