In a nutshell: The U.S. Department of Defense in partnership with the Central Delaware Housing Collaborative presents the Central Delaware Partnership for Hope also referred to as the Greater Dover Healthcare Blitz Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) in association with Delaware State University. This clinic will provide medical, dental, and optical services to residents (ages 2 and up) who are uninsured, underinsured, or in need of quality care at no cost to the patient.

No proof of insurance or identification is needed. Since healthcare services are provided, this is a mask-required event.

If you would like to volunteer, go to the Code Purple website here. Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles–including Spanish or Haitian/Creole interpreters.
