Deep Water 101 starts January 21
Interested in learning more about our history and values while meeting some cool people? Want to get involved? Want to become a “member”?
Starting on Sunday, January 21, we have four upcoming classes called Deep Water 101, 201, 301 and 401.
Church 101: This class is a basic introduction to Deep Water and will help you understand church membership.
Essentials 201: This class develops the essential habits that every believer needs to become a fully-devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
Discovery 301: This class will help you discover your personality, gifts, and purpose in life and to see how God combines them for the best fit in ministry.
Dream Team 401: This class will help you connect your gifts to a place to help make the vision a reality.
We will meet after the 10am gathering. Each class lasts less than an hour. Contact us if you’re interested so we can plan for class materials.
Ladies Prayer Group
In Mark 2, four men rip open a roof and lower their paralyzed friend down to be healed by Jesus. Sometimes we all need the faith of our friends. Come join the ladies prayer group, Sundays (starting January 14) from 4-6:00 pm in the upstairs classroom. We will be praying for each other and learning a few useful techniques to rip open roofs through prayer. Childcare available.
2017 End of Year Giving
We appreciate the generosity of the people who call Deep Water their home–and the people who support our efforts who don’t attend regularly. When you give, you are part of all the things we are doing here in Wyoming, Camden, the greater Dover area, and around the world. (We’re doing some pretty cool missions things in Africa and Asia right now–ask about it on Sunday!) Thanks for being part of all God is doing through us!
All donations are tax deductible. In order to receive tax credit for 2017, the IRS requires that donations must be received or postmarked by December 31. Donations can be made this Sunday since it is the last in December–or feel free to give online (click here), by mail or in person. And remember, January 1 falls on a Monday this year!

Christmas Eve
In addition to our regular 10am service, we invite you to join us this Sunday at 5pm for a Candlelight Christmas Eve Celebration.
We will do our best to make the service ‘Kid-friendly’ since we will have them with us so we can all worship together.
Remember, Christmas is a great time to invite someone to join us. And if, you’re a Facebooker, check out our Facebook event and invite your friends.
Breakfast for Guys on Saturdays
Our desire as a church is to make disciples (Matthew 28:18-20). We form groups to do that. Over the last few years we have had some great men’s groups.
Most Saturdays, we will meet at the church building from 7-8:30 am to talk and become better disciples. We will NOT meet again until the new year.
