On May 7, there is a meeting for all current members of the worship team–vocalists, guitars, bass, drums, theremin, etc. 😉

Join us downtown this Thursday (April 20) as we provide balloon animal along with all that Dover PD is doing.
Take the Plunge! (Baptism, that is…) 2017
Several people have expressed interest in getting baptized. We’re scheduling one in the very near future. Look for more info on Sunday.
If you’re interested in being baptized, see me, contact me, sign up on Sunday with the connection card, or comment below so we can be sure you get the most up to date information and let you know about any last minute changes.

Thursday Night Class: The Beauty of the Word (Psalms)
Beauty of the Word: The Poetic Structure of Psalms
We have an inductive study of the book of Psalms, which gives attention to the various forms of the psalms — including their function within ancient Israel. The course will focus on the formulation (lament, royal, pilgrimage, wisdom, messianic, praise, etc.) and interpretation of the psalms. It’s based on the content from the course Jeff teaches in Ethiopia.
This will be a 4-week class with some teaching on the structures and an interactive time exploring the psalms together. It will be on Thursday nights at 6:45pm beginning April 27 (next week).

Easter 2017
Easter Spoiler Alert: He is Risen! Join us this Sunday as we celebrate.
We’ll gather at 6:24am for a Sunrise Service at Port Mahon. (It’s a ‘bring your own chair’ and ‘bring your own coffee’ event.)
And we’ll gather at 9:00 & 11:00am at our regular worship space on Loockerman St. in Dover.
