The Bible is an App
There have been some changes in the way we connect to this on Sunday mornings. If you want to connect to the notes and verses we use each week, download the app and then click on “more” and then “events” to access our notes each week. And if you’re not sure how to do it, simply ask and we’ll show you!
You’ll also find some great reading plans if you want to read the Bible but aren’t sure where to start!
Groups
To grow in faith, we encourage people to connect in community and live out the three words to describe our goals for people who attend Deep Water: Gather, Grow and Engage. While many of these may be informal, we do have several that meet informally. (Of course, our “formal” ones are still very causal–just advertised better!) The groups we form focus on one of these words as well–of course, if you’re in a group that gathers for community, you’re likely to grow and possibly engage the community too.

I am NOT Second? …meet with us on Saturday!
We had a great time doing the I Am Second videos on Saturday mornings. However, all good things must come to an end–or at least change. We have moved from the 2nd Saturday to the 4th Saturday of the month…which would be THIS WEEK!
We’re studying something a little different, but still meeting once a month from 8-9:30am. Join us for a really cool look at how Abraham’s life would look if he lived today–and understand how his struggle is a lot like what we go through too.
For a preview, check out the video below!
See ya Saturday!
Clown College & Dover Days 2016 (May 6-8)
Dover Days will be celebrated May 6-8, 2015. The event is the largest in Kent County and drew more than 50,000 people last year. A blend of traditions and modern attractions, celebrates First State history.
Part of what makes us who we are as a church is the desire to be connected and part of the community outside of the space we meet weekly. As a church we encourage people to be actively involved in the community and take part in the many festivals in and around Dover.
