Summer Movies in Dover with the Kids
Reminder, if you’re looking for something fun and affordable this summer while your kids are out of school, check out the summer movies at the Dover Mall Theater. On Thursdays at 10am, the theater has a kids movie deal where you can get in and get popcorn and a soda for $4 per person.

One Day Missions Trip to Philly
A Convoy of Hope Community Event is a collaborative effort among, Convoy of Hope, Community Churches, Business, Organizations, and you — to bring hope to a city through free groceries, health screenings, job and career services, family portraits, haircuts, prayer, games, and activities for children and more.
We’d love to be a part of this in Philly on September 19. We’re looking for volunteers and someone who would like to help us plan geetting some volunteers up there. If you’re interested, contact us or comment below!

First Friday this week, August 7
Looking for something fun to do Friday night? On the first Friday of every month, the City and downtown merchants sponsor fun events for adults and kids. Due to Comic Con this week in Dover, you may notice a Comic Con theme at some activities.
So come out, check out some fun events and shop downtown merchants from 5-8pm this Friday. For up to date information, check on First Friday on Facebook.
If you haven’t figured it out by now, this is not a Deep Water event; but we encourage people to be involved in the community as we all make Dover a great place to live!
Men: Live Second 8-8@8
The Men’s group meets this Saturday (August 8) at 8am. (8-8@8)
We live in a world where men often strive to be #1–in sports, the workplace, in our hobbies and in everything we do. But there are times where being second is the best choice you can make. Meet us this Saturday at Deep Water’s worship space. We’ll make coffee then watch a short video and talk about faith and how it affects the way we live our lives. If you want breakfast, feel free to grab something before your come–it’s BYOB…Bring Your Own Breakfast!

As we announced previously, every time you check in on Facebook, you’ll help someone in need. The cause will change monthly. Last month we provided clean water to those in need. Your check-ins helped provide a family with water for over a year!
