Board Nominations for Annual Meeting
Our annual meeting for members is scheduled for Sunday, March 22, 2026, following our worship gathering. At that meeting, members will vote on a board position and any other matters brought forward by the board or the membership.
As part of our annual meeting process, we are accepting nominations for a board position.
- Nominations may be submitted using a connection card
- You must be a member to nominate, and your name must be included (no anonymous nominations)
- Only members may be nominated
- All nominations must be received by 11:15am on February 22, 2026.
Contribution Statements for 2025
Thank You for Your Generosity throughout the year. Because of your giving, we’re able to continue the work God is doing through Deep Water Church—in Wyoming, throughout the greater Dover area, and around the world.
Your 2025 Contribution Statement is now available for tax purposes. To view or print it, simply log in to the contributions section of our website here.
Your statement includes all donations made during the year, whether given in person or online. While you’re logged in, you’re also encouraged to update your address, phone number, or family information to help us keep our records current.

Free Community Dinner – Wednesday, February 11 at 6:00 PM
Join us at Deep Water Church (107 E. Broad Street, Wyoming) for a free community dinner and a relaxed evening together. We’ll share a good meal, connect with neighbors, and enjoy simple, meaningful conversation around the table.
During the evening, we’ll also offer a brief, encouraging word about Jesus—just a few minutes of hope and perspective that connects faith with everyday life.
That’s it—no pressure, no expectations, just a welcoming space where friendships can grow and everyone belongs. Bring your family, invite a friend, or come on your own.
We’ll be hosting a free dinner like this every month, and we’d love for you to be part of it.
Everyone is welcome—come hungry and join us at the table!
Weather Update – Worship Gathering
With the approaching weather, we’ll be closely monitoring conditions and will share any updates if our worship gathering needs to be canceled. Your safety is important to us, and we want to make the best decision for everyone.
If there are any changes, we will post updates in several places:

- in our Facebook group
- on our Facebook page
Please keep an eye on those places for the latest information, and use your best judgment when it comes to travel. Stay safe, and we hope to worship together soon!
Membership Classes – New Dates!
In preparation for our upcoming annual meeting (March 22), we’re offering an opportunity to become a member before the meeting. At Deep Water, we value everyone’s involvement and treat every person with love and respect—whether they’re officially a member or not. Membership is for those who want to formalize their commitment to Deep Water and have a voice in important decisions, especially legal matters.
We’ll be offering a two-week Membership Class on Sunday, February 1 and Sunday, February 15, after our worship gathering. These short classes will explain what membership means and what commitment looks like at Deep Water. After the classes, there will be an opportunity (but no obligation) to apply for membership.
