Socks & Long Underwear
With the cold weather this time of year, being outside can be uncomfortable and living outside becomes extremely difficult. To help the homeless, we provide coats and sweatshirts that the people of Deep Water donate. Long underwear and warm socks are some of the most requested items. We need more socks and long underwear to help them.
If you have any used one in decent shape or would like to donate new ones (or money we’ll use to buy them), please drop them off on any Sunday. And if you forget on Sundays, contact us and we’ll arrange for another time for you to drop them off.
Men: Live Second!
We live in a world where men often strive to be #1–in sports, the workplace, in our hobbies and in everything we do. But there are times where being second is the best choice you can make. Meet us Saturday January 10 at Deep Water’s worship space. We’ll make coffee then watch a short video and talk about faith and how it affects the way we live our lives. If you want breakfast, feel free to grab something before your come–it’s BYOB…Bring Your Own Breakfast!

Give them a Ride
- Some of the people who are homeless here in Dover, Delaware are working to make life better for themselves. Often transportation is one of the things that can be difficult for them. If you have a bike you might be interested in donating, let us know. If you want to be a part of this, we’re looking for:
- used bikes in rideable condition
- new inter-tubes
- used/new bike locks
- people able to change the tires and make sure the bikes are road worthy

Christmas Candlelight
Join us for our Christmas Candlelight service this Sunday, (December 21) during the 11am service.
We’ll have many of the elements of our typical Sunday worship gathering; but we’ll also tell the Christmas story and celebrate with a traditional candle light service.
Nursery will be provided, but the older children will join us for this celebration.
