Crisis Response: War in Ukraine
Many want to help with the war in Ukraine, but sometimes knowing where to donate can be a tough decision. As a church, we recommend Convoy of Hope for the work they are doing and the high standards of accountability to which they adhere.
More than 2.3 million refugees have fled Ukraine in the past two weeks. Many others have not had the opportunity to leave the country safely, and are now facing shortages of food, water, and other necessities. Convoy of Hope’s team members and partners across Europe continue to meet needs. READ MORE
Wyoming Easter Egg Hunt 2022
We need candy and eggs!
We’re partnering what the town of Wyoming to provide a fun-filled egg hunt for kids at Wyoming Park on April 9. (Easter is April 17.) We will need lots of eggs and candy that will fit in eggs! Feel free to start dropping it off on Sundays or during the week. We need egg and candy donations by Sunday, April 3.
Join us and bring your friends with kids! We’ll divide the times so the younger kids don’t have to compete with the older kids over eggs.
Easter Sunrise 2022
As the sun rises at 6:22 AM some of us from Deep Water will gather for a sunrise gathering at Port Mahon near the pier. It’s a ‘bring your own chair’ and ‘bring your own coffee’ event.
Come join us as we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in this incredible setting with a brief service of Scripture and prayer as we enjoy the beauty of God’s creation.
Need directions? Click here and look for the pier. Contact Jeff for more info.

Bible Reading Challenge Followup
I didn’t want to answer every question that came up in Matthew and was talked about/posted because I wanted people to continue reading thru the book. So, we’re doing a follow-up where we discuss each of these in the Facebook Group for the Challenge.
Do you have any questions from Matthew that you would like included? I’m going to compile a list from the group that might be fun or enriching to explore. Feel free to email or Facebook me to make sure your questions are included––especially if you didn’t post them! And if we have any who want to participate in this who aren’t on Facebook, let me know and we’ll figure something out!
