Trunk or Treat 2021 in Wyoming

Join us for our annual Trunk-or-Treat event this Saturday, October 30 while you are Trick-or-Treating in Wyoming. Then join us afterward for the post-candy hunt s’mores on the front lawn!
We plan to have a campfire and make some smores in the front of the church building since it’s Saturday night. It will be a great way to end the night if you went trick-or-treating or helped with trunk-or-treating. Have someone you’ve been inviting to church? Consider getting some candy and then come back to join us for s’more… (See what I did there!?🤪)

Pastor Appreciation Potluck

October is Pastor Appreciation Month. But Deep Water does things a bit differently sometimes and plans to celebrate with a potluck dinner this year on Sunday, November 7 after our normal 10:00 am worship gathering.

There is a box in the sanctuary lobby (near the coffee ☕️) if you want to leave a card or note of appreciation for Pastor Jeff and Denise.

For details on the potluck contact us.

The Nursery is Open on Sundays!

We delayed opening the nursery due to the concerns of parents. But, by popular demand, it is back! So join us on Sunday mornings and bring the kids! We don’t mind a little noise, but now we have the nursery open too!

Trunk or Treat 2021 in Wyoming

The Town of Wyoming moved the night for Trick-or-Treating to the 30th, So, we’re gearing up for our Trunk-or-Treat event on Saturday, October 30.

What’s Trunk-or-Treat?
Trunk-or-Treat involves decorating the back of your car/truck/suv and handing out candy to kids. Some do elaborate set-ups while others are simple. Google it to get a few ideas!

Where is Trunk-or-Treat?
We do it right out front of our building!

Why Trunk-or-Treat?
It’s one of the ways we try to be good neighbors and connect with the neighborhood around us. We will need volunteers to decorate trunks, decorate/set up tables, and hand out candy to kids.

Do you need candy?
YES! If you’re interested in donating candy for those decorating their trunks or tables, bring the candy to Deep Water at any time! But please buy the good stuff–we don’t want to hand out cheap stuff as we represent Jesus!

Please contact us or sign up on Sunday to volunteer your trunk!
