Christmas Caroling in Wyoming
Enjoy singing Christmas Carols? Would you like to spread Christmas joy by caroling? A group from Deep Water Church plans to spread Christmas joy on Friday, December 16 by visiting homes along North Layton, Broad St., Third St., and Camden-Wyoming Ave.
You’re welcome to join in for the caroling! If you’re interested in joining in, meet at the building at 5pm, contact us or fill out a Connection Card on Sunday.
End of Year Giving 2022
Please consider us in your charitable giving this season. When you give, you are part of all the things we are doing here in Wyoming, the greater Dover area, and around the world. We appreciate the generosity of the people who call Deep Water their home–and the people who support our efforts who don’t attend regularly.
All donations are tax-deductible. In order to receive tax credit for this year, the IRS requires that contributions be received or postmarked by December 31.

Thanksgiving Food Boxes and Christmas Gifts for Kids
Thanksgiving Food Boxes
We feed people throughout the year from our Food Bank. There are a lot of places open to eat Thanksgiving Dinner and places to get a food box to bring home. But there are always some families who call us looking for food to celebrate Thanksgiving. We are putting together some food boxes for families that request them. If you’re interested in donating, please sign up this week for the specific items we need or contact us about signing up to contribute.
Christma Gifts for Kids
The excitement of getting gifts at Christmas is something to which most of us can relate. At times it can be difficult for parents to put gifts under the tree. As usual, we’re helping make sure some local kids get presents for Christmas. Look for more information in the near future!
Pastor Appreciation Potluck
October is Pastor Appreciation Month.
Normally, we schedule a potluck on the 5th Sunday of the month (four times a year). Instead of our regular 5th Sunday potluck this month, we plan to celebrate pastor appreciation with a potluck this year on Sunday, October 30 after our normal 10:00 am worship gathering.
Please join us for fellowship and to thank Jeff for all the work he does throughout the year. Also, there is a box in the sanctuary lobby (near the coffee ☕️) if you want to leave a card or note of appreciation for Pastor Jeff and Denise.

Trunk or Treat in Wyoming 2022
One of the ways we try to be good neighbors and connect with the neighborhood around us is to connect with our neighbors who are out Trick-or-Treating.
What is Trunk-or-Treat?
Volunteers decorate trunks, decorate/set up tables, and hand out candy to kids. Please contact us or sign up on Sunday to volunteer your trunk!
Have someone you’ve been inviting to church?
Invite them to Trunk-or-Treat with you in Wyoming or ask them to help you decorate your trunk. They’ll find out we’re not as scary as they might think! And maybe they will join you next time you invite them!
