End of Year Giving 2020
We appreciate the generosity of the people who call Deep Water their home–and the people who support our efforts who don’t attend regularly. When you give, you are part of all the things we are doing here in Wyoming, Camden, the greater Dover area, and around the world.
For 2020, there is a special IRS provision to allow charitable donations of up to $300 even if you don’t itemize. For details, click here.
To count on your 2020 taxes, donations must be made or postmarked before midnight on December 31 in any of the regular four ways people give. If you’re traveling, you can always give online or mail donations. All donations are tax-deductible.

Christmas Eve 2020
Join us for a Candlelight Christmas Eve Service at 6:00 pm:
We’ll celebrate the coming of Jesus with traditional and contemporary versions of Christmas carols, candle lighting, and a message of hope.
Something for the Kids this Week
With Covid restrictions, we’ve had the kids with us in the worship gathering. This week we’ll have something a little different along with our normal service. If you are wondering if your kids will be engaged in the gathering, yes they will. Here’s a quick preview of a special guest who may show up at some point during the service.
Christmas Presents for Kids 2020
This year, we’re helping some local kids get presents for Christmas who might not otherwise get gifts due to financial situations.
Please pick a gift to buy for a child this week after the worship gathering on Sunday from the tree. Then bring the unwrapped present back by December 20.
Not coming due to Covid-19? Contact us to donate towards this project or to pick a gift for a kid from home.
Christmas Sweater & Mask Sunday
Christmas Sweater and Mask Sunday is coming! Whether it’s the ugliest, gaudiest, bedazzled, sparkleified, snow-covered, pine-needle decorated Christmas sweater (or mask) or something more sedate, wear it and join us on Sunday, December 20.
Do you, like Pastor Jeff, put the “sweat” in sweater? If so, feel free to wear an ugly Christmas t-shirt––or any other one with a Christmas theme! Not sure what an Ugly Sweater or t-shirt is? Well, then you probably wear one all the time! 😜
We do fun stuff because we are a fun church; so it’s a great Sunday to invite a friend or check us out for the first time! Come to a festive…or “ugliest”…service yet! …and we promise there will be more than just holiday-themed sweaters as we prepare for Christmas!
