Thanksgiving Boxes
We feed people throughout the year with our Food Bank. There are a lot of places open to eat Thanksgiving Dinner and places to get a food box to bring home. But there are always some families who call us looking for food to celebrate Thanksgiving. We are putting together some food boxes for some hungry families. If you’re interested in donating, please sign up THIS week and bring the food back NEXT Sunday (November 21).
Generally, we’ll be looking for:
- turkeys
- stuffing
- gravy
- instant potatoes
- cranberry sauce
- green beans
- rolls
- butter
- corn
- cookie mix or stuff to make desserts (like pie crust, canned fruit, etc.)
- Thanksgiving paper plates and napkins

Pastor Appreciation Potluck
Deep Water is celebrating Pastor Appreciation this Sunday (November 7). If you want to leave a card or note of appreciation for Pastor Jeff and Denise, there is a box in the sanctuary lobby (near the coffee ☕️). We will also have a potluck celebration after our normal 10:00 am worship gathering. So, join us in the Fellowship Hall, aka Multi-Purpose room!

Camden and Wyoming Christmas Parade 2021
The towns of Camden and Wyoming are sponsoring a Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 6:00 pm.
While we are not planning on marching in the parade, we do plan on providing some kid activities, along with some other local businesses and organizations, at the end of the parade route–near the railroad tracks in Wyoming.
