Christmas Toys — Thanks and More!
A huge thank-you to everyone who donated toys or money to buy toys—you’ve helped make a real difference for families in our community! Your generosity has already blessed many kids, and we’re grateful for how you continue to show love in such practical ways.
If you or someone you know is in need of toys this Christmas, we still have more available. Please reach out to us!
Thanks again for being a church that loves people so well!
Christmas Toys

We are excited to host our annual Community Christmas Toy Giveaway on December 6 in Wyoming, Delaware!
As you shop, consider buying and donating a new, unwrapped toy and sharing in the joy of giving. Let’s make Christmas memorable for local kids!

🎁 Christmas Toy Giveaway 🎁 2025
We’re accepting donations of any new or gently used toys, games, puzzles, etc. for the Toy Giveaway this year. You can also make a financial donation here and choose the fund “Love People” and volunteers will buy gifts for kids.
The toy giveaway is scheduled for Saturday, December 6. We’re working diligently on the details, and plan to share more soon.
We also need volunteers for sorting and setup ahead of time––and on the day of the event. Contact us if you want to help or contribute!
November 30 – 5th Sunday Potluck
On Sunday, November 30, we’ll enjoy a meal and fellowship immediately after our regular worship gathering. Please bring a dish to share if you are able. Not sure what to bring? Contact us to see what might be needed.
What’s the 5th Sunday thing?
Community is a big part of who we are at Deep Water. We serve the community––and we’re in community together as we grow in our faith. Every time a month has 5 Sundays instead of the typical 4, we have a potluck fellowship meal and call it “5th Sunday Fellowship.”
Trunk-or-Treat 2025 — Let’s Love Our Neighborhood!
One of the ways we love our neighborhood is by connecting with families out Trick-or-Treating — and we’re excited to host Trunk-or-Treat again this year! It’s a fun, safe, and welcoming way to share smiles (and plenty of candy!) with our community.
What is Trunk-or-Treat?
Volunteers decorate their car trunks or set up tables and hand out candy to kids as they come by. Want to jump in? Just show up!
Inviting a friend to church?
This is a great event to bring them along — or even ask them to help decorate your trunk! It’s a relaxed, joyful way for friends to see that church isn’t so scary after all.
Can’t be there but still want to help?
We’re collecting candy! Drop off donations by 6pm. Let’s represent Jesus well by being generous and kind to our neighbors!
