Trunk or Treat in Wyoming 2019
We’re gearing up for Trunk or Treat event on Thursday, October 31. We need volunteers to decorate their trunks and hand out candy to kids.
Please contact Deep Water or sign up on Sunday to volunteer your trunk!
If you’re interested in donating candy for those decorating their trunks, bring the candy to Deep Water at any time! But please buy the good stuff–we don’t want to hand out cheap stuff as we represent Jesus!
Pastor Appreciation Potluck
October is Pastor Appreciation month. Deep Water plans to celebrate with a potluck dinner this month on Sunday, October 27 after our normal 10:00 am worship gathering.

Women’s Fellowship –– If:Gathering
Several women at Deep Water are staring an IF:Gathering ladies fellowship group at Deep Water. This is not a Bible study, but an opportunity for the ladies to “Gather, Grow, Engage” once a month. The first meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 14 @ 6:00 pm. Dinner will be provided and the meeting will last about 2 hrs.Men’s Retreat on October 19
Some of the men are planning a one day trip to a Men’s Retreat in Camp Hill, PA on October 19. If you’re interested in coming, the cost will be $45 for the day––we’ll carpool up. To register online, click here.
Reminder: We’re carpooling up for Saturday only. (You are welcome to attend both days, but will need to provide your own transportation.) Please let Jeff know that you’ve registered in order to coordinate rides. You’re welcome to go Friday night too; but you are responsible for your own accommodations.

Vision Meeting on Sunday, October 13
About 15 minutes after the worship gathering on Sunday, October 13, we will have a brief meeting about the vision of Deep Water Church. Everyone is encouraged to attend if you call Deep Water home. We’d especially like those who have completed Deep Water 101, 201, 301 and 401 to attend. If you haven’t completed those classes but are interested in them and/or membership, we strongly encourage you to join us as well.
