Trunk-or-Treat – Love Your Neighborhood This Halloween!
One of the ways we love our neighborhood is by connecting with families out Trick-or-Treating—and we’re excited to host Trunk-or-Treat again this year! It’s a fun, safe, and welcoming way to share smiles (and plenty of candy!) with our community.
What is Trunk-or-Treat?
Volunteers decorate their car trunks or set up tables and hand out candy to kids as they come by. Want to join the fun? Sign up on Sunday or contact us to reserve your spot!
Inviting a friend to church?
This is the perfect event to bring them along—or even ask them to help you decorate your trunk! It’s a relaxed, joyful way for them to see that church isn’t scary after all.
Want to help but can’t attend?
We’re collecting candy donations! Drop off candy at Deep Water anytime—let’s represent Jesus well by being generous and kind to our neighbors. You can also give to “Love People” and we’ll buy the candy for you!

Thank you all for the cards, notes and gifts for Pastor Appreciation. While it always feels a little awkward to be appreciated, your kind words truly mean more than you know.
We’re so grateful for this community and thankful for the privilege of serving here. And we really enjoyed spending time together and sharing a meal on Sunday—it was a great day!

Pastor Appreciation Brunch – Sunday, October 12
October is Pastor Appreciation Month, and we want to take time to celebrate Pastor Jeff and Denise! We’ll gather for a special brunch potluck on Sunday, October 12 right after the 10:00 AM worship gathering.
You can sign up to bring a dish in our Facebook group—we’d love for you to join in!
There’s also a box in the sanctuary lobby if you’d like to leave a card or note of appreciation for Pastor Jeff and Denise.
