Cleanup for the New Year
With the Dinner and Bible Study starting soon, we need to do a few things to get ready. On Thursday Night, September 5, a few of us will be getting together to wash, power-wash, straighten and get the kitchen ready to serve for the year. If you like cleaning, organizing, power-washing or just helping out, join us! You can come in during the regularly scheduled time or do tasks at your convenience.
Contact us or talk to Jeff on Sunday for more details.

Save the Date
Here are some things that you may want to mark on your calendar:
Air Show (community event) – September 14-15 (For more information, check out the Facebook event.)
Town of Wyoming Yard Sale – September 28.
Men’s Retreat – October 19.
Trunk-or-Treat – October 31 at Tre Sorelle in Wyoming.
Dinner and a Bible Study anyone?
We want to help you grow in your faith and meet some great people. We’re about to end our summer break and will be moving to Thursday nights in September, starting on the 12th.
How does it work?
We have rotating teams of people cook dinner for those who want to come here straight after work or don’t have time to make dinner. We ask for a $3 donation per person to cover the cost of the food. Some prefer to join us at 6:30 when the Bible study begins.
We’ll be announcing the next topic this Sunday at church, so join us or watch here for more information!
If you use Facebook and want to keep up to date, follow along in the Thursday Night Bible Study Group.
Yard Sale in Wyoming
There’s a town wide yard sale scheduled in Wyoming on September 28. Deep Water plans to participate and use it as a fundraiser toward our building fund. If you have things lying around, consider holding onto them so we can turn your unwanted items into cash for the building fund. We’ll have more details available soon.
